N. Fahim won the gold medal in karate and silambam at the International Silambam and Karate Youth Games Championships 2023.
R. Ranjana won Silver medal in Long Jump & Bronze medal in 100 m in the Chief Minister Trophy District level Tournament at Thiruvallur.
V. Preethi Won a silver medal in the 110 m and 400 m hurdles, and a bronze medal in the 800 m at the Chief Minister's Trophy District Level Tournament in Thiruvallur.
S. Gayathri Won Silver medal in Discuss Throw of Chief Minister Trophy District level Tournament at Thiruvallur.
Madhumitha Won third prize in singing competition at Hindu College.
Sanjay & Nitish Kumar Won second prize in face painting competition at Hindu College.

Tamil Nadu's Most Trending

Agarsen College is proud to celebrate the remarkable achievement of Tamilarasan, a second-year student from the Department of Information System Management, who has received the "Tamil Nadu's Most Trending Award" for his extraordinary bike trip from Vysarpadi to Leh Ladakh. This challenging journey stands as a testament to his adventurous spirit and has rightfully garnered widespread attention.

We applaud Tamilarasan for his dedication and for embodying the adventurous spirit we value at Agarsen College.

Leprosy Case Deduction Camp

The NSS Units 1 and 2 of JHA Agarsen College Madhavaram conducted the LCDC (Leprosy Case Deduction Camp) survey as per the instructions of the Greater Chennai Corporation. The NSS volunteers helped successfully identify the leprosy-affected people in the Madhavaram and Mathur areas. The volunteers were offered appreciation certificates by the Greater Chennai Corporation for their untiring service to the public. These certificates were distributed by the principal, Dr. Mohana Krishnan M, the zonal health officer, and the zonal supervisor on April 5, 2023.

Agarsen is delighted to announce that two of our distinguished students, Newton and Hari Krishnan, have brought honor to our institution by winning two medals in this year's Republic Day Parade. In recognition of their outstanding performance, a felicitation event was held at Kalaivanar Arangam, where these young achievers were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 20,000/- as a team. The ceremony was graced by the Sports Minister, Shri. Udhayanidhi Stalin, who presented the award.

Our college takes immense pride in the consistent participation of our students in the Republic Day Parade at Delhi, a tradition supported enthusiastically by our Secretary, Management, and Principal. This consistent participation has been a source of many accolades for the college over the years. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Newton and Hari Krishnan for their dedication and for exemplifying the excellence we strive to foster at Agarsen College.
