Sports Day at Agarsen College

The 22nd Annual Sports Meet at JHA Agarsen College on February 3, 2023, was a vibrant showcase of athleticism and spirit. Four competitive houses - Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, and Bharathi - clashed in a series of events, including cricket, football, volleyball, kabaddi, kho-kho, badminton, chess, and carrom. Athletes from each house displayed fierce prowess across track and field events, engaging in 100 to 1500-meter sprints, javelin throw, discus, shot put, long jump, and relays. The march past event added to the grandeur of the meet.

Amidst the robust competition, Nehru house emerged triumphantly, clinching the Overall Championship for 2022-2023, with Patel house commendably attaining the runner-up title. Further elevating our pride, the college’s students transcended expectations by winning the Overall Sports Championship in an intercollegiate arena, a testament to their exceptional sportsmanship and collaborative excellence. Congratulations to all our champions!
